Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by the Company except for the limited license expressly granted below. You may not use the Platform to compare or evaluate our services for the benefit of a competing business or to develop a competing service. The Company reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate applicable laws. Violation of these prohibited use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform, forfeiture of any fees paid, and potential legal action to recover damages and obtain injunctive relief.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAMS, INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING TIMES, PROGRAM BENEFITS, TAX IMPLICATIONS, OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
