Week 1

Program Selection

Based on your consultation, we present a detailed comparison of recommended programs. We explain the costs, processing times, passport strength, tax implications, and family inclusion options for each program so you can make an informed decision.

Weeks 2-4

Document Preparation

Our team guides you through gathering all required documents. This typically includes valid passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, police clearance certificates from all countries of residence, medical certificates, bank reference letters, and proof of source of funds.

Month 1-2

Application Submission

Your complete application is submitted to the government Citizenship by Investment Unit through our authorized agent network. We review every document before submission to minimize the risk of delays or requests for additional information.

Months 2-4

Due Diligence Review

The government conducts comprehensive background checks on all applicants aged 16 and over. This includes criminal record checks, financial background verification, sanctions screening, and compliance reviews. Processing times vary by program from 45 days to 24 months.

Month 3-5

Approval and Investment

Upon receiving approval in principle, you complete your qualifying investment — whether a government donation, real estate purchase, or business investment. All fees including government processing fees, due diligence fees, and passport fees are paid at this stage.

Month 3-6

Passport Received

After confirming your investment, receive your Certificate of Citizenship and apply for your new passport. Most programs deliver passports within 2-6 weeks of citizenship approval. Your new passport is ready to use immediately for international travel.
